I finally get my Day alone at Disneyland!

For those that have seen my posts in the past, I have been trying to do a solo trip to DL for almost two years but due to driving issues and a bad experience on Amtrak, I just lost my confidence.

Much to my delight, my husbands boss comped him tickets to Supercross in Anaheim. Although I love Supercross, there’s only two tickets and I want my son to go....buuuuuut, I decided to tag along and finally have a day at Disneyland.

I’m so lookin forward to this. I’ve had many trips with my kids, and with a friend, with my mom and Dad, etc. but never just me. I’m a true introvert and no one has understood my desire to spend the day alone there. But I can’t wait to leisurely stroll the park, eat whatever, whenever. Ride all my favorite rides.

Annnnnnd, to top of my excitement, I treated myself to a Signature Plus passport. I already had a 4 day trip planned in April, so this will allow me to hopefully see Galaxys Edge this summer and we typically do Halloween time at Disneyland.

I’ve only been a So Cal AP or for a short while a Delux. Never Sig let alone Sig Plus. I feel like a Disney elite! Haha!!

Anyways, I just had to share. You are some of the only ones who get it.

You will love it!! My first solo day I went absolutely crazy doing everything I wanted- one “I want to do X and no one will vote against me!” moment quickly snowballed into many more and I was EXHAUSTED after! But very, very happy. I paced myself better the next time!

This sounds like a dream! I think I’d love it for a day or two. I could ride IASW as often as I wanted and no one would groan!

That sounds awesome! I TOTALLY get it. It's on my bucket list too and I'm an extrovert! I have a trip in March that was going to be solo but my daughter decided to come too, and I'm equally happy about that.

I am planning my first solo trip mid January..it’s always been a dream of mine. I feel guilty gong alone, but I’m very excited.
