We decided to start our trip two days earlier than planned!!!!! Woo hoo! Got a great rate at the Lake Buena Vista Palace and my airfare was cheaper if we fly in the on Black Friday instead of the Sunday after T-giving!

We plan to avoid the parks those tow days and enjoy downtown disney and resort hop!!! Woo Hoo!!!!!

Congrats on your trip!!!! Resort hopping is traveling to disney hotels and enjoying the decor, food etc.... it is great during the Christmas season you get to enjoy all the different decorations!
