So excited...CSR and Xmas...

DD, future SIL and DH all surprised the rest of us with a Christmas trip to WDW. They chose Coronado Springs Resort as we haven't stayed there yet and will be staying at POR in May when the first two I mentioned are married at WDW. I am so excited, I have always wanted to be there (WDW) for Christmas and now we will. Can anyone tell me anything about CSR at Xmas time ( or anytime)?

I have never been there myself but wanted to tell you to have a super trip. Holiday time is even more magical, if there is such a thing! Pixie dust to you.....

CSR is absolutely beautiful at Christmas! When we were there in 2001, Mickey & Minnie came dressed in their Christmas "finest" & took photos in the lobby by the big tree. Also, Santa came & took photos in his sleigh in the lobby. Everyone received a stocking full of goodies on their door Christmas morning. The resort is lovely, especially when the weather is cooler & the hot tub is huge! I love that we can refill our mugs at the pool (Siesta's) - wish we could do that @ POR! Have a GREAT time!
