So does the basic Dining Plan include resort mugs or not?

If I'm reading right, every plan (including the Quick Service) seems to include mugs except for the Regular Dining Plan.

You are understanding perfectly. QSDP and DxDDP both include mugs, the DDP does not.

I understand your confusion because we booked the regular dining plan and the CM told me we would be getting mugs included. I knew better - because of all you smart DISers!
