So Does Anyone Eat Big Breakfasts?

We usually don't eat a big breakfast. I'm with the others that said it tends to slow us down. We try to eat one big breakfast while we are there. We are staying at the concierge level at the Swan this trip and they have complimentary breakfast, so we will eat there almost every morning.

We love having a big breakfast to start us off on our day. The great thing about my family is usually no one is hungary until 2 or 3 that afternoon. We make have like an ice cream bar, and that's all.

I never make to breakfeast because it be over by the time I get there or we catching the tell end of breakfeast.

We eat lunch instead of breakfeast.

Can someone tell me when New Jersey week is in November of 2005? My friend and I are trying to plan a trip to Disney around that time for about 4 days. Which is the best way to plan a trip with great discounts?
Thanks for your help.

The last few trips we've done Cindy's. That is so much fun! If you can't get in that, try the Pricess Storybook Breakfast in Norway. It's great to walk around Epcot empty and the service is so friendly there. If not into the princess thing, we also did the Cape May breakfast. Wow, what a buffet! It all depends on how much money one wishes to waste (oops!) I mean splurge on breakfast.

No big breakfasts here. Takes away from the best uncrowded park times. Cup o' java for me, fruit loops for the kids, and off we go...

I love breakfast food, but not early in the morning. DH and I usually just have coffee in the morning. I love McGriddles, but breakfast hours are usually over by the time I am hungry enough to eat one!

DS doesn't ever eat much. On weekends it will be 10:30 before I can get him to eat any breakfast. (Which may be because he HAS to eat at 7:00 every day before school.)

We have a 10:30 PS for Donald's one morning. I figure we will go on the Safari and maybe Dinosaur before we eat. The other days we will just get something small (yogurt, muffin, raisins) at the food court, then have a decent lunch and see how we feel at dinner time. The day we eat at Donald's we have a PS for dinner at 6:20 at another place, so we will probably have a very small lunch or just a snack that day.

We LOVED Whispering Canyon at the WL, so much that we ate there twice in a 4 day period! Also favorites of ours are Chef Mickey's and Trail's End over at Fort Wilderness. If you visit the MK, you can get there for early entry, make a late ps for Chef Mickey's (the last seating around 11:00 I think?) and just hop on the monorail and go over. That way, it's not really breakfast, it's actually "brunch" and it will get you through til dinner. Also, it's usually pretty empty around that time as everyone is in the parks, so you get lots of character interaction.

As one of my sisters would tell me...I am my momma's daughter! When I return from any trip...no matter how long I always tell people about the places we ate! On our last trip to WDW (Thanksgiving 2003) we opted for the Gold Plan which is no longer available, but it gave us 3 square meals (drink, entree, appetizer and dessert or a buffet) each day and it was HEAVEN!!

We ate breakfast everyday! Granted DS isn't a big fan of breakfast food, but he always found something that was good. Our favorite breakfast from that trip was at Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom! WOW! Talk about a big meal! We each had a fruit platter, including starwberries, kiwi, grapes, banana, mini-muffins, an entree, hot drink and juice and then the server gave us our "dessert"...another fruit platter for each of to hold us while we were in AK. For entrees, DS had steak and eggs with toast, DH had a 12 inch breakfast pizza with toast, and I had the Tonga Toast...french toast with fruit, nuts and berries. That was the only day we had absolutely no room for a lunch.

We are a family that loves to eat...good food with good service. On this Thanksgiving trip one of my other sisters said, "What did you do? Eat your way through the place?" Well, yeah, in a way, but we ate what we wanted and when we were full we stopped. Plus with the Gold Plan we ate more healthy than stopping at a counter service place...we 90% of our meals at sit-down locations.

We definitely like to have at least two big breakfasts on our trips. Usuaslly we'll do one the day we plan on going to Animal Kingdom since you can get through that park in a day or less. We still make sure our PS is bright and early though. We love Chef Mickey at CR and Park Fare at GF the best. If we have a big breakfast we usually just snack at lunch and enjoy a nice dinner.

We love to do a few big breakfasts on our trips!

We love the Cape May Character breakfast. Doing a big breakfast is a nice break from the waking up at the crack of dawn and running off to a park. We like to have a few nice, relaxing starts to the day.

Like most everyone else, if we have a big breakfast, we usually don't eat much else, then do a late dinner.

We do a big breakfast every morning and then we don't eat again until dinner. A majority of the time the big breakfast is a character breakfast.

Breakfast at Fresh u=in the Dolphin was wonderful last April!

We usually eat a big breakfast to give us energy throughout the day. Plus, we hardly ever eat breakfast out at home so it's a special treat. We don't have kids, so we don't do a lot of character meals...although we do some. Here are our favorite places:

Kona Cafe at the Poly
Fresh at the Dolphin
Garden Grove at the Swan (it's a character meal on the weekends)
Concourse Steakhouse at the Contemporary
Grand Floridian Cafe at the GF
Ohana's (character meal)
Garden Grill (character meal)
