My understanding is that most of the money was in legal trusts. In that case, the trusts would go into the control of whomever was listed as the custodial beneficiary for the trusts, which I'd be willing to bet isn't Anna Nicole. The son's estate will probably be held up by the ongoing litigation.

IMO, Anna Nicole got what she got. Just because she thinks she deserves more doesn't make it true. Her late husband was reportedly a very shrewd lawyer who handled trusts and wills for a living -- if he intended to give or leave more to Anna Nicole, I'm sure he would have done so.

I so wish she would not get a penny. She is a tramp that was only after the $. Now the old man knew exactly what he was doing by excluding her from his will. For Gods sake - the man literally TAUGHT the class on Wills and Trusts.

the son's interest in the estate will pass to his heirs -- presumably his wife and kids. Anna's claim is against the estate, not against the son individually, so her suit will go forward.
