Certainly did - 20x's around the gerbil track and 1/2hr on the total gym
Just came in from walking 20x's this morn too (putting off cleaning my bathrooms)
Yesterday I did a double Jazzercise class...
1 hour regular Jazzercise and 45 minutes of body sculpting.
I'm gonna try to start posting my workouts again. After we went on our cruise I was so busy trying to find the $$ to go on another cruise and getting back into the school routine I stopped posting, but didn't stop working out. I even did the elliptical and treadmill on the cruise a few times.
Yep! Even though I was on vacation, I got up early and walked for ~45 minutes. Actually, I exercised every day while I was on vacation - 45 minute walk on 3 days, took a 6 mile bike ride on the other day. I also walked around A LOT, climbed a major hill on the way to breakfast one morning, and hiked up a hill to the foot of a glacier!
Being on vacation as a healthier person is a lot more fun!
Bowled 3 games with just DH & I on a pair of lanes. The way DH bowls, I NEVER get to sit down!
I'm really looking for motivation for exercise right now. I was swimming in an outdoor pool all summer, but it closed for the season this past Mon. For now I'm going to get back to walking outside if it's nice out or WATP if it's not, but I really want to find a good place to swim indoors for the winter. So far all the places I've checked out are either too small, are kept too warm because they are used for physical therapy, or simply aren't available when I need them. I found 1 health club that might work for me, but I'm not signing up till after our WDW trip in Oct, as I'm also going to Vegas for our anniversary between now & then. In the meantime I just have to stay motivated & keep exercising however I can.
Thanks to all of you for being here every day & keeping me motivated.
