I don't think BLT is overpriced. Outside of MAYBE AKV, it's the first resort to truly have view built in to it's pricing structure for something people will truly value. While I like the Savannah view at AKV, there is no comparison to the location and view options for BLT. Given that the Savannah view at AKV is around the regular view at BCV, BWV & VWL; one could argue it's underpriced. I personally don't see this as another way to raise the price but rather a fair pricing for what you're getting. YMMV.

Some might bring up BWV which really isn't applicable and VB Inn rooms which is marginally comparable.
