So confused....does this sound right?

Originally booked a package from the 8th to the 15th at All Star Sports. Decided to add a couple days on the front end and had to make new reservation because AS-Sports was not available, so we have POR from the 6th-8th now. BUT, my tickets are linked to that AS-Sports reservation so I can't make FP+ reservations for the 6th or 7th. Called Disney and they said there's nothing they can do until we get there. Am I just screwed? Any advice on how to correct this? I don't want to lose all of the FP+ I have made from the 8th to the 15th, but I'm not sure if we should bother adding park tickets on those extra days if we can't book FP+. Thoughts?

WOnt you have the option to book FP 30 days in advance for those two days? You may not get everything you want but will at least get some

You could try calling again. You will most likely get a different answer from a different CM. I was thinking that maybe you could like the tickets to the first ressie, but now I am not sure if that would work

The 30-day booking window does not apply to package tickets.

From the Split Stay post linked to in my signature:

RO Stay followed by Package Stay. The 60-day FP booking window will open at 60 days before the check-in date of the second (package) stay and will extend until the checkout date of the second (package) stay. FPs cannot be booked for park days during the RO stay until the package tickets are activated at Guest Relations.

I think it is because you can only make FP for the # of days that you have tickets for. If you cancel FP for the last day, you could probably make them for one of the earlier days.
