So Confused!!! Advice Needed!!!

Hey Everyone!! So I got home from school today and Im just so confused about this guy I like! Heres a little background info.

Ok, so there is this guy (Andrew) I like in two my classes and I really would like to go to homecoming with him because he is a really sweet guy and just seems nice unlike some of the others in my school. So I metioned this to my guy friend and hes like well i talk to him a lot so ill will metion it to him. So he metions it Andrew and hes like oh ya shes cool, i will think about it (meaning asking me to homecoming). Before then and currently Andrew talks to me a lot and whenever were listening to our group of "friends" in Drivers Ed I will look up at him and he will be staring at me and then smile when we make eye contact. So I thought that he liked.

Well its been a few days since when my friends asked him and I kinda feel like he may not ask me. He still like flirts with me and everything but I just dont get the feeling that he is gonna ask me.

So what should I do? Should I wait it out a couple more days (Homecoming is the 24th!) and see if he asks me? My friend is encouraging me to ask him, but I'm kinda old-fashioned so I like the idea of the guy asking me not the other way around. Im just worried that both of our shyness could get in the way and then I won't have a date for homecoming cuz I waited around for him! Just some food for thought to I have never had a bf before let alone went on a date so I'm totally clueless in this department!

Any advice would be great!!

Well im not positive he knows I like him, but knowing my friend he probably told this guy that i do like him! Anyways thanks for the advice!!

don't wait around for him. i was in the same situation and he never came around.

homecoming isn't really popular around here, it's more of a seniors only thing.

Be confident, the worst he'll say is no.
How you going to feel if he goes with another girl and not you?
You'd be sad and mad both ways.
They're the same feelings, so I'd just go for it.

Ok well thanks for all the advice you, but unfortunately I didn't get to put it to use!! Today a guy in my grade asked me to homecoming!!! I am super excited and Im atcually happier to go with him because honestly Andrew probably wont ask me or does have to nerve to do! But anyways thanks so much I knew I could count on my Disney friends to help!!
