So confused-ADRs 180+10?

I have been on the phone for hours today!
I called this morning to ask about tomorrow being my 180 mark, and the CM started making ADRs for me. Then she suddenly said she messed up and she was sorry she wasted my time, I had no ADRs, and I will have to call back tomorrow.

Then I called and added a day onto the beginning of my ressie so I could go ahead and book things. I'll cancel it later, I figured. Then I got a really nice CM who helped me make all my ADRs. I wanted Cindy's Table for breakfast on Friday, but she said only a little bit of tables were released and to call back on the 180 mark for the actual date (Friday) I needed, not earlier and they would release the rest. She had Sat a.m, so I booked that in case I couldn't get Friday.

Just now I called to confirm that I shouldn't try in the a.m., which is 180 from the beginning of my trip, but wait until Sunday when it's 180 days from the date I want the ADR.

The new CM said that Friday and Sat both had nothing left and that since I'm staying on-site, I could have called on day 190. That's what the 180 + 10 means. There wouldn't be anything released on the 180th day of Friday. Huh?!

It's so frustrating to get different answers from everyone! I'm not trying to be sneaky, I'm just lost. I was really hoping to go to BBB and Cindy's the first morning we're there so I can tell the girls they have to look like a princess, so we're starting at BBB. I know I could move my parks around, but I had planned to be at the ones with the EMH each morning, and not get a park hopper. iI even thought I'd just back the dates up a day so Sat would be our first morning there, but Friday's so much more $$$ to fly! Yikes!

I really need to figure out what I'm doing so I can change my ADRs for the other dates. I could cry I'm so frustrated right now... Any ideas on how to get things smoothed out and get RIGHT answers? I don't want to call at 5a.m. and find out thery still don't have tables...

So, the 4th CM asked her supervisor and was told that they WOULD release more tables for Cindy's Table and to call tomorrow and Sunday both.
I hope this works...

The other thing I thought of is, since January is less crowded, maybe being there for the EMH isn't as big of a deal? I think I may go into fits laying there knowing other people are riding rides and I' not though! Who can sleep through that?! Nighttime hours don't bother me since I'm a morning person. I likey my sleepy!

Some of your CMs were correct and the one that was definitely wrong was the one who said you could have called at 190 days. Some CMs don't even understand this onsite perk. I think because the computer sometimes alows it, it confuses them. It must allow booking over 180 days for those who want to book 10 days worth as days 2 thru 10 will be over the 180 days. Do you know what I'm trying to say?

You can call at 180 days from check in and make 10 days worth BUT to be fair, and due to the popularity of CRT, they only release a very few tables at the 180 days from check in point and they save the rest for the true 180 days.

There are a couple of others that also do not participate in the 180 +10 at all and that's the non-Disney restaurants.

So should I try tomorrow morning, which is 180 days from my first day of my trip, or will they hold them al for 180 days from the date I want the ADR?
I'll get up both mornings if I need to.

I would call tomorrow for all my ADRs (up to 10 days worth) and if you want CRT and don't get it tomorrow, then try again at 180 days from when you actually want to eat there. More tables should open up for that one at that point.

If tomorrow is 180 days from check in, then yes, go ahead and call and book what you can. See what happens and go from there.

If CRT is the only one you need at this point, just call at the exact 180 day mark, that is when the most tables are released. If you do not get it, keep calling- I have booked it due to cancellations much closer than 180 or even 90 days.

If you have other ADR's you need call and book them tomorrow (but from your posts I think you already have those).

180+10 means, on the 180th day from your check in date you can make ADR's for that day plus up to the 10th day of your trip. So you can book ADR's for days 1-10 of your trip with one call 180 days from your check in date.

It used to be you had to call every day for 10 days which was a total pain.
