So Cal Dis'ers Meet w/ DisAeryn Sunday 4/9

Not only do we get to meet up with our Floridian Dis friend, DisAeryn, but now we can all do the new 50th Quest.
Get your quest printed out and come join the fun on Sunday 4/9/06 (time to be posted, as soon as someone figures it out!!)

So... I arrive from Tampa to LAX at like 9:21 AM California time (it'll be lunch time for me ) on 4/9 and then I pick up the rental car and have no idea how long it'll take me to get from LAX to DL... I'm guessing I can be in a park by Noon

Do you want to plan on 2:00 or so, that way you can grab a bite to eat and get checked in at your hotel first? We don't do LAX very often, so I have no idea how long to plan on for getting a car and getting out of there, but the drive itself should only take you 45 minutes or so depending on traffic and stuff. I have 1/2 the quest answers already (I think, will have to compare with anybody else who thinks they know them too, just to be sure).
The resort has been packed this last week, and I think this week will prove to be worse. It can sometimes take and hour just to park, get thru the security lines and entrance lines to either park, so we'll have to plan for that too.

that "noon in a park" time frame is based on my checking in before then and getting something to eat in the park. Quick serve is good enough for me

If you have a SoCal AP remember it is a blackout day. You must have a deluxe or premium AP for admission (or buy a blackout ticket)

Also, any thoughts on where to grab that quick lunch? Only 2 more sleeps (As Tish Says) til I'm there!!
