So Cal Annual Pass in Vegas Vons

I was just at our Vons and they are selling So Cal Select Annual Passes. The pass says that you must have a certain zip code , but why would they sell them if I couldn't use them. HMMM now how am I going to make an extra couple hundred dollars /????????

That's odd. You do have to have a SoCal zip code so no one with a Vegas zip code could use it.
