So are you Verizon customer happy with your service?

My dad has been with Verizon since, well, forever. Or at least since they came here. He's been very happy. We all (mom, dad, stepdad, stepsister, sister, me) have Verizon cell phones. Service is great. And the whole Verizon to Verizon thing is wonderful, especially now that I'm in college. I call my mom's cell every day, and the savings on minutes is HUGE.

We've had verizon for 4 years and like them a lot. Never have had a dropped call. Never. I thought of switching to t-mobile two months ago (they are $5 cheaper per month), but decided the small savings was not worth it. If it's not broken, don't fix it basically.

lol - just read the "bumps with billing" post above. We've had a few bumps with billing. I was on their credit card plan. They have my cc # and should charge my cc each month. Usually this works fine. Here and there I get a "you have not paid for last month" letter. Umm, you have my cc # people. So my one complaint is their billing dept. sometimes. These bumps happen whenever I change something with my plan.

We've been with Verizon for at least 6 years and are very happy with them and wouldn't think of changing providers. When DS's phone has gotten damaged, they worked with us to replace it at the promotional rates (can't possibly afford the non-promotional rates!). There was an issue when DS first got his phone and number where they gave us an exchange for him that was a toll call from our home phone and when they tried to fix it, it got a little complicated, but it got totally resolved to our satisfaction. I am very happy with their customer service!

When you go through the malls up here, the Verizon kiosk is always loaded with customers, and the Cingular and T-Mobile are empty. And almost everyone we know has Verizon (which makes their IN calling a terrific program).

We switched to Verizon 2 months ago after being with Cingular since 1990. (It was another name back then) No real problems, but we got a 19% discount from Verizon to switch to Verizon and we've found the Verizon coverage to be better than Cingular was.

Same here as most of the rest-Verizon has comparable pricing and much better coverage. I often take my personal Verizon phone deep into the mountains of eastern KY since my Sprint phone has no coverage anywhere near that area. I have never not had a signal with Verizon.
