I need to go home to BW before I lose what marbles I have left after this winter! Guess I will have to just look foward to Myrtle Beach till we really go home in November. Does anyone have Spring yet?

Mother Nature seems to want to celebrate April Fool's Day! Snowing here in CT, too. :(

I know, whats up with this, here in Connecticut, I couldn't believe it, I looked out and huge snow flakes, I know it won't add up, but enough is enough!!!

WELL here in the midwest the weather has been pretty decent. Yesterday was in the upper 60's/lower 70's and today it's already 78 with a high in the low 80's. Tomorrow is supposed to be 85! We are currently warmer than Orlando!

For all you back east getting snow, I am trying to send the warmer weather your way!:)

Could not believe it when I looked out the door after lunch in Ballston Spa. I've got to step up the "movin south" research.

I was so happy to finally get rid of the piles of snow and see the tops of our Spring bulbs peeking from the ground. Those poor Tulips! They just may go back in to hibernation now. Will it ever end????

tripletvan and DVC-Don: Isn't it great news that it's snowing in the Capital District today and that this will now put us over 100 inches of snow for this winter season!!!!

I'm very happy to see the snow! I plan to ski in Vermont this weekend so keep that warm weather back in Kansas.

I don't mind snow unless the trees have leaves or blooms on them.

I love to ski but I am ready for another sport at this time. My golf lessons are supposed to start next week. Even the dog who is a golden and loves the snow is depressed! Okay God I won't drink any wine this week if you make it stop!

Probably not a lot of comfort... but even us South Texans froze this weekend. The hill country was in the 20's and we reached freezing in San Antonio. I remember those New England and MN winters that never seemed to end. Hang in there!!!

Snowing here but that's okay. I'm leaving for Florida tomorrow to visit family and will be at WDW Monday!!!

We had nice weather in VT one day last week. I think that was spring.

On Friday, we were in the high 60's and yesterday and today are snowy (nearly 4 inches.) At least it's above freezing now and starting to melt!!!

Smart alec!;)

Daffodils are in full force and the early ones are finished. Tulips partially opened today - tomorrow should be in full bloom, we expect 80 degrees. Lilacs are budded out and I have a carpet of violets in the side yard.

I'm almost afraid to say this, 'cause it could turn on us by the weekend. (But probably won't).

I'm sorry for you all, but think of us when your summer is warm to (bearably) hot and it's 100 plus degrees here for a month!
:smooth: :smooth:

To answer the OP's question, "Does anyone have spring?" It has arrived in S Louisiana. We did have temps in the 30's yesterday, but things are really pretty. The azaleas, dogwood etc are in full bloom and the trees are budding out their bright green leaves. It is the prettiest time of the year!

Sorry about the snow this year. As someone mentioned earlier, summer can be brutal here!

Keep thinking of those warm sunny days at WDW at the pool with a beverage in one or both hands!

We are expecting a high close to 80 tomorrow, and we are about 85 miles from Hilton Head.

My 7 year old woke up this Am looked out the window and laughed. Said - God is playing an April Fools Joke on us - look at all the snow and it is Spring. I hate to tell this yound spirit that we live outside Buffalo and it is really snowing in April. Well - the good news is we are in WDW in 19 days !!!:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :jester: :jester: :jester:

I didn't mean to depress anyone, just thought you would like to know what the weather was near HH. You have the snow, and we have the bugs. Also hot, humid summers. Mosquitoes started last week in huge numbers.
