Phew!!! :faint: I am ALL caught up now!!!!!

I feel terrible for missing so much! :sad2: I missed Becca, Shelly AND Shawna's send off Parties, wasn't around to wish you all a Very Happy Veteran's Day (up here we call it Rememberance Day!) and I am just barely in time to wish Sarah well in her surgery today! :flower3: I love the $$$ I am bringing in, but working EVERY DAY sure is taking up a lot of my time! ;)

Well, you can see that I have added a VERY GENERIC ticker - still nothing booked tho...:rolleyes1 We are planning to wait until the New Year and see what kind of Room Only Discounts come out! We have decided that we will NOT be using the DDP again since our oldest will be considered a "Disney Adult" for this trip! She is a Good eater but not that good! :lmao: And since we REALLY want to stay at the Poly - Free Dining is not a good deal for us! We are also toying with the idea of tacking a couple days on the beginning or end the trip at either POFQ or AKL!

Hope everybody is healthy and well and enjoying the weather, whatever it might be wherever you are!!!

Shelly - Welcome Home! Hope your trip was fun! :goodvibes

Kim - don't give up hope on your Disney Dreams - You'll get there again my friend!

Sarah - hope the surgery went well - prayers and good wishes heading up right now!!! :)

Sheree - is it snowing down in your neck of the woods again today?? We are at +2 and quite blustery!! :) We have already built 2 snowmen!!!

Have a GREAT Day every one !!!!!

Don't send that snow our way - Brrrrrr!
We actually had a nice sun shinny day today - for November

Just heard from Shawna!
They have been enjoying low crowds and great weather!
They did MK on Sunday, Epcot Monday, and Hollywood yesterday and today. They are going to MVMCP tomorrow night!!
I am officially jealous!! Is there a green with envy smilie?

I know I just did it last year, but all this talk of Christmas time at WDW has been making both me and DH all nostalgic and giddy and wistful. It was so much fun and everything was so beautifully decorated and magical. I am literally feeling it in my stomach! If you haven't been and get a chance, I highly recommend going around this time of year.

Dave is planning how many DVC points he will need by retirement so we can go four weeks (separately) during the winters!! Let me just say - it's a lot!

CONGRATULATIONS to Meghan and Tony!:cool1: I'm so excited for you! I hope you are feeling better by now, and that everything goes smoothly. :goodvibes

Thanks! I actually had a doctor appt yesterday. I did a pre-screening for some chromosomal abnormalities/down syndrome. I guess it's something new they do because I didn't have it done when I was pregnant with Madison. It included a sonogram where they took some measurements and a finger prick (ouch!). The results come back in 10 days, but all of the baby's measurements looked perfect. :goodvibes Plus, I got some of the cutest sono pics I've ever seen! The baby's legs were just straight up in the air...almost like it was lounging against a wall. So cute! The sono tech thought so too. Oh yeah...they moved my due date back 3 days to May 30th! I was hoping they would move it up. My studio's dress rehersal is June 1st and the dance recitals are June 3rd and 5th!!!!

I always loved having ultrasounds! I never grew tired of seeing my babies. I think I had 15 with Chase.

Crazy week for us last week. We celelbrated our 8th anniversary and Chase's first birthday. Unfortunately, we celebrated both in the hospital. Chase spent 7 days (I cluding his birthday) with pneumonia/bronchiolitis. It was the worst week of my life and I'm so glad that it's finally behind us.

We are quickly approaching the one year mark in our countdown. Ry and I will have to sit down and make our countdown chain! Can't wait!

Decisions, decisions. My boss just asked if I wanted to run in the 1/2 marathon in 2012. We are planning to be at Disney Nov, 2011. I think I'm going to postpone our trip so that we can run. I hate to put it off longer but I'd love to run in the 1/2.

Sorry you had such an awful week! Hope Chase is feeling better and things are getting back to normal for you.

I LOVED the ultrasounds, too! They're so reassuring that things are going ok. With Drew, I think I only had 2 and had to go to a different office to get them. I changed OB's with Keaton and he had one in his office. We had issues for the first few months so I was going every week, and they did one every single time. AND they had the 3D machine so I got a few of those, too!

Sorry they pushed back the due date, gotta let that baby cook a little longer! :rotfl:

Mindy - sorry you had to deal with all that yuck!!

The worst thing about ultrasounds was drinking (and holding) all that water!! I must have a tiny bladder. I could barely do it!

:cake::bday: to Mickey Mouse today!!!! Thanks for all the fun and memories!

I love getting ultrasounds too. My office, which I love, it all female doctors, nurses, and technicians. It's fantastic! Every month, I get to see a different doctor. They want you to get to know everyone because you never know which doctor will be on call when you go into labor. Anyways...I had an ultrasound at my first appt last month because they couldn't find the heartbeat on the doppler (I call it the walkman w/the microphone). It was nice to see the baby and know that it's heartbeat was great (it really didn't look like a baby at that point).

My next appointment is in 6 weeks and that's when we'll find out what we're having!! We didn't find out with Madison, so I'm really excited about it. The best part is Madison doesn't have school and Tony is off from work so we can all go as a family. I can't wait!

Sarah- Tomorrow is the big day! :cool1: Good luck!!!

Sarah, is today your surgery? I hope everything goes GREAT and you feel better than ever quickly. Sending prayers and hugs your way.

Thanks!! I'm now 2 days post-op and things are going FINE. Happily. At 8:45am on Tuesday (surgery day), my surgeon's assistant called and said "can you bring your t-scope brace, your polar pack, and stop by for an x-ray before surgery?" Nothing like a lot of notice, eh? The brace is that giant thing I wore for 17 weeks last year and it looks like I'll be in it for 6 weeks this year. Oh well.

Surgery was fine and relatively easy (as easy as it can be?) and recovery has been going fine. I had my post-op check-up today. I'm cleared to go back to work on Monday. I'm non-weight bearing until the 29th (boo), but otherwise, the staff was all "meh, whatever. You had a bigger surgery last year. YOU'RE FINE." And all the physical therapists and reception staff still remember me by name. Guess I owe them more cookies! ;)

My final payment for our Disney cruise is due next week! So excited! It'll be wonderful, in February, to go somewhere warm!!!

MindyLuvsMickey: hope Chase is doing better ASAP!

YAY a dismeet! thanks for sharing, I'd like to meet you ladies in WDW!
That would be alot of fun!

Anyone starting their T-giving celebrations this weekend? We have lots of friends that are having dinners this weekend (thankfully not us).

Andy just informed me thought, that we are hosting a get-together Wednesday night. His best friend and family is coming in from near Houston, so we're having all of their old HS friends and families over. EEK! My house is tiny and not set up for this. I was hoping it would be not-freezing so we could mostly be outside with the firepit, swingset, etc, but it looks like that's not going to be the case. Guess it's a good thing I get off at 11 on Wednesday so I can clean.

Oh my gosh! At least he gave you a few days notice to prepare!! We are not doing anything Thanksgiving until the actual day. We did see some relatives yesterday at my nephew's housewarming party.
DH is working at the Vikings game today, and we had sort of an ice storm, so I am staying put. I'll find something to do...Hmm...maybe update my TR???
We haven't even gotten our Sunday paper (due to the weather I assume), so I can't even look at the ads.

Shawna should be home or heading home I guess...I can't remember if they were coming back Saturday or Sunday.

I have been just going crazy wanting to get to WDW! I know I'm going again in March, but the holiday stuff is making me want to go in December. Someday we will have enough points and $$$ to go for a week every month in winter! That's DH's plan. I might have to go get a second job.

Hey Birdie Friends!!! :goodvibes

Sheree - we are getting that weather too! Nasty!!! Cold and windy and rain/sleet coming from every direction it seems! YUK! :cold:

We just got home from seeing Mamma Mia - The Stage Show at our local Auditorium!!! OMG - It was FABULOUS!!!!! SO INCREDIBLE!!! :cool1:

A little Trivia about my city - in case anybody cares to know - Thunder Bay is where Paul Shaffer (of the Johnny Carson/David Letterman show) was born and raised! We recently renamed the street on which our Community Auditorium is located to Paul Shaffer Drive!!! :goodvibes Kinda Cool eh?? :)

Well hope everyone is healthy and well and enjoying this day!!

Happy Wednesday everyone! Yup, I'm calling it Wednesday since I only have a 3 day work week! :woohoo: One day half way done and only 2 more to go before enjoying 4 days off!!!!! Poor DH isn't so lucky. He has off Thursday then has to work Friday and Saturday. :sad2:

I'm peeking at the Black Friday ads and debating whether or not it's worth heading out. :scared1: Target has a set of 7 Disney Princess dolls (like Barbie) for $39 instead of $59 and Emily has been asking for them for months. I'd have to head out and be back in time for Jason to leave for work at 7am. It sounds crazy but I just might do it. I've got to get a move on with Christmas shopping.

We're also talking about taking the kids to see Tangled Thanksgiving morning. :thumbsup2

What's everyone have planned for Turkey Day?
