Nice choice! I have an obsession with strollers. DH swears that I would have another baby just to buy the latest and greatest in the stroller world.

There are so many different options. I'll probably have a difficult time sticking with the same one for the second baby. Of course at that point I'll probably need a double, so it will be mostly justified.

You guys are too funny! I was thinking, "Don't hate me because I'm DVC"! I always feel that way too - when people buy DVC or go on their trips (even when I just went!!) so I totally understand!
I wish I had a big enough contract to invite you all to join me (just us ladies!) in a grand villa!!! But alas, it's a whopping 50 points!! We are going to have to be creative and have good timing to get that to work even for the four of us!! I see a lot of banking/borrowing (or someday adding on!) in my future!

I bet you're jealous of me that I own Disney stock too! (1 share!)

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! So far being 32 isn't treating me too badly!

Jason surprised with a Keurig machine- something I never would have bought for myself. I'm more of a tea drinker but the coffee isn't too bad! It's so fun to use!

We're headed to the Lego Store Delaware today- it's their grand opening and they are building a huge R2D2. I'll take some pics! Then I'm finally getting a hair cut, stopping to let my sisters dog out since they are in Hershey for the day, visiting Jason's dad and then heading out to dinner kidless for the first time in months.

Well it's almost Friday, not that it matters to me, since I don't have a day off again til Monday. However weekends are becoming busier so it makes the day go faster. Plus Saturday is the first hockey game of the season for our local team, so that's always fun.

Buying 50 points is good way to start. A friend of mine did it that way and just added more points over the years. They're up to 150 now at AKL. She always buys in January so she gets last years points and the next years points. I've never done the research to be sure that works. I thought that they all had different anniversary months depending on when they were first purchased but I may be wrong?

Mornin birdies! AAhhhhh it's so much nicer here w/out humidity..or temps in the 100s Kim,..enjoy your day--are you getting a new cut/style or just a trim? I am back on the cut-or-grow wagon I am thinking of growing it into a bob,sorta...the sides are getting longer (it was shoooooort last year and cut in a stack) and the back is slooooowly getting longer....but, as it hits this stage I start to go nuts. Looking at different pics of haircuts,trying to get different ideas. My hair is fine-not thin-just fine, but not a whole ton of it...and of course, down here we have humidity issues so much that about 75% of the year you can't do anything with your hair w/out a ton of product in it. Which, in turn, weighs my hair down even more. The option is:longer and flatter...which makes me look about 13. Younger is good, but juvenile is not!!!!
About 4 years ago, I had it grown out and of course, the back was twisted up in a clip...we were in line at a store and a man asked me how old I was!!! I said 32...he said, well, I have been looking at your kids and figured you HAD to be at least 30...but you look about 16!!! Of course his wife flipped out for him asking a lady how old she was, but I didn't mind.....shortly after that I cut it reaaaaaally short!!! I have been looking at pics of Seinna Miller....she is so cute, but looks totally diff in every phase of hair. Her hair long looks sooo childish and stringy,(me) but ya'll look at her short hair (she cut it for a movie) and it is sooooo great!!! Totally opens up her face!! I love it short but when you are tired of it, the only option is growing it back out! Which is where I am now and not happy with the in-between stage. Oh...and I pretty much HAVE to have bangs..yeah...not too cute without them!!!LOL So....I just thought I would ramble to my snowbird sistahs about a common plight for a wee bit!!! anyone else in the grow-it-out-to-cut-it-off cycle right now?

Shawna- glad to hear the humidity is down. It's definitely fall here! Leaves are turning, cool winds,...I love it! Although those cool winds were downright cold at the Twins game last night!!!
So you're struggling with hairstyles? I thought it looked really cute in December when I saw you. That was fairly short.
I'm a short hair girl. Once when I was about 21 I had long hair and almost always had it in a ponytail. Someone asked me what high school I went to (as in currently). The next day I had it cut short again. I don't think it's been longer than my ears since then!! I have really easy short hair though - the texture works with a mussed style well so I don't do much of anything to style it. Yes, I realize that not everyone can do that. I say it's the one good feature I got, since I have so many other "issues". HA!
Of course, I like it less when I have more gray in it!! UGH.

Sheree!!! I love your hair, and yes, it allllways looks soooo cute!! I would love to see a pic of you with it long!! I guess I could just look at Sarah!! She is soooo your clone!!!! It's longer now than last time I saw you...longer layers,shorter bangs...I think I like the style, just gonna let all the layers get about an inch longer...after that I will either keep that length or see if I can stand it longer!! Probably not..again, too juvy!!! Of course, i look at people like reese witherspoon with it long and think"Yeah, I can do that!"...but then i look back at pics when it was longer and think"WHAT WAS MIKE THINKING!!!" letting me go around like that!!! I will try to find some old Disney pics if I have any on the laptop and show you...I think that was before Laptop days!!For me, anyway...I did look thru old pics today--been making sure allll the pics from the drawers are in albums and all photos are off my camera and printed/put in albums...got one more set to get from Wal Greens tonight or tomorrow!!!! Didnt want to spend forever downloading right before vacation.
I am sure I will have to buy one more memory stick-this camera came with 1 when Mike bought it, I need to get another one.
I decided not to do a PTR this trip...kinda leery about people knowing exactly where we are at all times!! especially since I know of friends who have been recently....mmmm...targeted? I guess u could say but.. I was gonna maybe throw out a few plans here and there!! So,...all you lucky birdies get to hear my ramblings!!! LOL
As of today we are 6 weeks out!! (Shelly and Wendy are at 5!)..So, in the next 2 weeks maybe I will get ME stuff...Shelly got hers already. We have all our days finalized and ADRs settled...except for two days! The Wednesday of the trip is up in the air...we decided to skip AK, so we can either redo Epcot or DHS...then the kids just said...I wanna do AK just for a little bit Totally messed me up because I have that evening scheduled for MSEP. I thought about going to MSEP on Sat too...it will be our last night...I know the crowds will be larger, but thought we could get to watch it from 2 different places and decide where our fav parade spot is!!!!! If we do MVMCP we are looking at Thursday...I am waiting till the first of Nov for the forecast..we will just get tickets then...or when we arrive....the first time we did that party the weather was superb!! The 2nd time was drizzly and freezing!! We had to buy gloves/caps for the kids and bring a blanket!!!!
So..if that night is predicted to be yucky, we will move it to Tuesday...I will just switch around a couple of ADRs...it'll be fine. We have Le Cellier for the weekend and I am NOT changing it for ANY reason! Ha!!!! It was the only time available for the entire week we are there...
So...we've been walking...checking shoes and making sure all that is okay...working on the camera/photo thing...got the dog scheduled for the boarder....got a few toiletries and snax....

That's AWESOME!!

I have a CT scan next Wednesday, to check and see if the bone in my leg is fully healed. if it is, I can schedule surgery to get the plate taken out - woohoo! I'd emailed my surgeon at 8:43am (to say "okay, almost a year since surgery!" and he replied at 8:45am, saying someone would be in touch). By 1:30pm, I had a CT scan scheduled for next Wednesday... and it's at 7:30pm, so I don't have to miss work, I don't have to worry about parking at the hospital, and it's not like the 3am MRI I had. I'm pretty pleased.

But my brother's baby is due to turn up any day now. I'm getting very excited!

Oh, and my friend's baby is also doing okay. He had a heart surgery that went well, and while he'll need more, for now, things are going okay. Whew!

Logan says we can go!

We still have to wait for his orders to come through though, because we need to know when he has to leave. He's supposed to get 30 days after his course is over, but a day or two either way could make a huge difference. I'm fairly certain he'll be here until November 13th...but then when they schedule him to leave makes a difference too. Grrr... I wanted to make it for the second week of November, but now I think we might need to go the first week.

I did find out that the number of families in Korea WITH Command Sponsorship is over 500, so that means the number that will be returning in December should be higher. This makes the 80 person waiting list seem less worrisome, even though we're not on it yet.
