Can anyone tell me how rough this ride really is? I would like to try it but I have back and neck pain.

Thanks!

It is not rough at all. You are riding in a slow moving vehicle thru the story of Snow White and the 7 Dwarves. There are some changes of direction, but nothing really fast or jarring.
Here's a link to a video of it from youtube.

Thank you Sue - the ride looks sort of slowish but I can't tell about turns from the video. I could swear I've heard that the turns are kind of quick or maybe even jerky. My neck is super, super sensitive and anything that jerks at all is painful. In fact I had pain on tomorrowland transit authority because there were some moments where it took off at an increased pace around the bends. Any thoughts?

The speed never varies that I can tell, but there are times when the ride does turn. It might look like more in the video because the person is trying to stay with one scene as long as possible and then turning themselves quickly to film the next scene.
Do you have anyone in your party that you could send ahead to 'test it out' for you? That might be the best.

I used to work that ride and I would advise not going on it if the TTA hurts your neck. The changes of direction can be pretty rough, also, some of the stops are jarring and there is no neck support on the ride vehicle.

Sue's idea of having a member of your party test it out first is a good one.

TTA used to be the peoplemover and is now the TTA. It is on a track that changes pitch and yaw. It can hit a good speed and can have sudden changes in direction.

Snow White is an indoor attraction in a building on a solid floor that has a piece of metal to guide the ride vehicles. There is little or no pitch and no roll change in the ride but there is a change in yaw. Normally it is not as abrupt as TTA but there are times the turns can be a bit abrupt. I have never had at WDW or DLR problems with Fantasyland rides.

Watch youtube and also have a friend ride first but make sure the friend truly knows what will make you scream in pain and what will not. The friend who tests the ride has to be able to see the ride as if they were in your body and having your mental thought processes. Yaw is the side to side motion by the way. Good luck on the trip.
