Does anyone know if they sell the Snow White dress at EPCOT?

Yes, there is a large Disney store at Epcot. They have a little of everything, but they also have a great selection of Princess dresses.
There is a cart in the Norway pavilion that also sells a few princess dresses. I do believe that Snow White is usually for sale there along with a few accessories.

Snow White's character hangs out in Germany, so there is usually stuff in the kiosk and store. There is a large store at the entrance to World Showcase and then another as you exit the park to the right of the fountain. Mouseworks is the name if I'm not mistaken.
