]We love Fort Wilderness and haved camped there many times in our fifth wheel. Now the kids are grown and we have time we would like to have an extended stay at FW. From Disney we have been told that 30 days is the longest stay allowed. If so, I assume most people just do back to back reservations. Does anyone know if there is a seasonal rate available? Any help from fellow Fort Wilderness lovers would be really appreciated. Ideally we would like to spend Jan, Feb, Mar 2013 there. Thank you for any assistance.:)

Luckycharm is correct.

Long-term stay folks do have back-to-back 30 day reservations for the same type of site (Full, Premium, Preferred, etc). Of course you need to go check in at the Outpost at the start of each ressie. You don't have to change sites as long as your new ressie is the same type as the previous one.

When you make your ressie you can then (or later) apply any discount code that becomes available. AAA, Florida Resident, Annual Pass, Military, etc... As the previous poster said, there is no longer a long term rate.

I hope I get to the point where I can spend a long time at the Fort. My longest stay has been a week and I wonder what it would be like to spend up to 30 (or 60?) days at the Fort.

If you get there in 2013 check in with us and let us know how it feels. :cool1:
