Snakes Make Me SHIVER!!!

Oh, man, they are creepy.

Heard my dog outside barking her head off. Went to bring her in (I can't stand a barking dog) and there she was, going after this huge black snack that was on my patio. The snake kept coiling up and snapping at her and she wouldn't back off. She kept going after it. And the thing is just so ugly looking. Finally, I held up her walking leash and that got her in the door.

Why do those things skeeve me out so much? God, I can't stand them.

We have a yard full of them. Ours are just gardner snakes though and the max size I've seen is about 3 feet. We just ignore them and stay out of each others way. If I had a huge black snake on my deck I might feel differently!
