I don't know what it is with me, but I have snacking "spells", for lack of a better description, lol. Lately it's been chips and french onion dip. It's been like that for about 2 weeks. Other times it'll be granola bars. I will just want granola bars to snack on. Or a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. Or whatever. But it's always the same thing for about 2 or 3 weeks, and then it changes.
Unfortunately I can no longer snack the way I used to...
So now it's anything low-fat, low-carb...sometimes a serving of fat-free Pringles, pretzels, a sugar-free popsicle, sugar-free jello with a big dollop of fat-free Cool Whip, cut up fruit, carrots.
The other day I was craving chocolate so I caved, and had a Mr. Goodbar. I felt guilty while eating it so didn't truly enjoy it, plus it had 270 calores and I could have had:
a fat-free hot dog on a fat-free wheat bun with mustard and relish, a serving of fat-free Pringles and baby carrots and it would have been LESS calories!!!
