Snacks on DDP?

I’ve done some research and the below list are some of the snacks we’d like to try when were at WDW in July. We’ll have the dining plan - a total of 9 snacks each for the two of us. I’m unsure if each item on the list qualifies as a snack credit, can anyone offer info? Our list is pretty long, so it’s probably okay if some get eliminated!

Dole Whip Floats – We already know about these!

Peanut Butter Cupcake (Main St. Bakery – MK)
Waffle w/Nutella and Fruit (Sleepy Hollow – MK)
Butterfinger Cookie (Starring Rolls – DHS)
Carrot Cake Cookie (Writer’s Stop – DHS)
Beignets (POR)
White Chocolate Elephant Cupcake (Kusafari – AK)
Jalapeno/Cream Cheese Pretzels (American Adventure – EPCOT)
Caramel Chocolate Marshmallows (Germany – EPCOT)
S’mores Cupcake (Boardwalk Bakery – Boardwalk Inn)
Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches (Various Locations)

While I’m at it, if there are suggestions that I’ve missed – let us know that, too!

I'm not certain of which are and are not on the plan, but I'm also curious about the White elephant cupcake, they sound wonderful. If I can make a suggestion though, I do know when we were there two years ago, we were able to get the freshly made chocolate dipped pretzels at Goofy's Candy shop in Downtown Disney. You get three of them and after dipping in chocolate they roll in the toppings of your choice. They are wonderful. They also included the marshmellows (3 on a straw) and marshmellow krispy treats. These can be dipped and rolled in a topping also.

Waffle w/Nutella and Fruit (Sleepy Hollow – MK) No, not a snack credit. Only the waffle with cinnamon or powdered sugar is snack credit
Butterfinger Cookie (Starring Rolls – DHS) Yes
Carrot Cake Cookie (Writer’s Stop – DHS) Yes
Beignets (POR) Beignets are NOT at PORiverside, they are only at French Quarter. And yes, the 3 pack serving is a snack credit. Must be eaten immediately, though, they do not keep.
White Chocolate Elephant Cupcake (Kusafari – AK) don't know but I would guess yes because cupcakes generally are allowed as snacks
Jalapeno/Cream Cheese Pretzels (American Adventure – EPCOT) Yes
Caramel Chocolate Marshmallows (Germany – EPCOT) don't know
S’mores Cupcake (Boardwalk Bakery – Boardwalk Inn) Yes
Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches (Various Locations) Only at some locations. Last word was at Main Street BAkery they are. But at resort ice cream counters, they are not allowed for a snack credit.

While I’m at it, if there are suggestions that I’ve missed – let us know that, too!

Beignets (POR)

Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches (Various Locations)

PP is correct - beignets are only at POFQ and should be eaten after you get them. They are made to order so they are best when eaten right away. You can get the 3 piece one as a snack credit. Unless you are staying at POFQ or will be there for something else, I personally don't think they are worth a special trip. Not much different than fried dough to me

As far as the homemade ice cream sandwiches - they are not listed as a snack credit at Sleepy Hollow at MK, however we were able to use a snack credit for one there. The kind sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookies. Never hurts to ask!

Goofy's has eliminated pretty much all the make your own treats for snack credit purchase. If they have any left I think they are limited to one topping.

The pretzels are premade now with only one topping and you only get one, not three now.

They are also available at Fountainview Cafe in Epcot, Safari Ice Cream in AK, Hollywood Scoops at DHS, Beaches 'n Cream Take out window, Main St. Bakery (as previously mentioned) and I do have them listed as a SC at Sleepy Hollow on my list. See link above or in my siggy.
