Snacks in 2008

Does anyone know if the same snacks that are available on the DDP now will still be available in '08 - or will they be reverting to the standard soda/soft drink and popcorn as initially advertised

But according to the latest info, the snacks will be severely limited in 2008. I was kinda bummed, but the kids just really had drinks, popcorn & frozen treats, which are all on the list, so I guess they are good to go.

(our fav use of snack credits was the box of donuts at POP that served as breakfast for a day or 2 for the 3 kids! OR the jumbo bag of chips at POP.)

There is no indication that anything has changed with regard to snacks in 2008. The wording of the snacks offering in the 2008 brochure is substantially the same as in the 2007 brochure. Disney has made no statements that the offerings will change.

The initial info suggested a very limited snack choice list.

If the FAQ thread is accurate, snacks should remain the same...anything under $4

The "under $4.00" policy is quite a bit understood. A lot of people misunderstand it to be "anything under $4.00" when in reality the policy is "nothing over $4.00". Beyond the specific items listed in the brochure, the actual specifics of which items will and will not be offered for a snack credit is discretionary and can change without notice.

Ok if you book a package online at waltdisney.com....Before you pay there is a place where you can click on 2008 inclusions...it explains the package that you are about to buy. For the snacks it just lists those few snacks that were orginally included in the dining plan...Is that correct? Or is it anything not over 4 dollars?
