What are some easy snacks that I can carry into the parks for when I get hungry? I am doing a solo trip and want to save money where I can.

Thanks

We usually bring granola bars (the kind without chocolate on the outside because those can melt!) and fruit bars (like fruit leathers).

We have found PB and J’s are great. They sell these small frozen ones in freezer section of stores. Non chocolate granola bars. I’ve made trail mix before minus chocolate and put in snack sized baggies. Bananas are great as well.

We like to bring salty and sweet things. Trail mix is good for waiting in lines for rides since there's no trash (at least until you finish the bag). Our last visit, we brought granola bars like the previous comment, as well as generic belivta breakfast crackers, fruit snacks, jerky, and even some tuna salad and cracker packs.

I like beef jerky because I don't have to worry about it getting crushed or not tasting good because it got warm. I also like getting a refillable popcorn bucket and using that a couple of days. I just hook it on my cross body bag when I'm not eating and it works well.

Another vote for jerky. I like savory snacks better than sweet, especially when I'm hot. I like baggies of nuts, pretzels, triscuits (they have so many different flavors now), celery/carrot sticks. I often pack dry cereal in baggies so that we can eat breakfast on the fly or have it for a midday snack.

Apple sauce, beef jerky, granola, goldfish, peanut butter crackers. Don’t forget you can get ice water at all quick service and some popcorn stands.

We usually bring granola bars, pre-package sandwich crackers, rice crispy treats, etc.
