Snacks and water

Can you bring in water and snacks into the parks? What is allowed?

Snacks and water are allowed. Last time we went I had 5 or 6 bottles of water and granola bars in my backpack and we were fine.

no glass, no alcohol but pretty much anything else is good.

You sure can! But you cannot have it in a cooler that you need to pull. You will either need to carry your stuff or store it in a locker for later. In addition to the no glass or alcohol, you are not allowed to bring in plastic straws or lids at the Animal Kingdom.

No glass jars. No large coolers. No alcohol.

Feel free to bring your snacks and water, but follow the guidelines above.

Also, be aware that all quick service locations that serve fountain drinks will give you free cups of ice water.

We bring in the drink mixes and grab the free water from CS to mix up ice tea or Kool-Aid. Much better than carrying bottles of water around the parks for the day.
