Snacks and Park-to-Park Pass

I have a few newbie questions...
1. We are planning on having supper at the Leaky Cauldron or The Three Broomsticks but we don't know much about the snacks in either park. What are some relatively inexpensive places to get snacks in IofA and Universal? (Best bang for your buck)
2. With park-to-park pass, can you go back and forth as much as you want between the two parks or can you only go to each park once per day?
3. Where is the best place to buy tickets? I've heard a lot of good things about Undercover Tourist. Is this where most of you get your tickets?
(I should mention we are a group of five - three adults, 2 kids, and we are going for one day)

Park to park is unlimited. I don't know much about snacks except the big pink Simpsons donut. It's good! The jacket potatoes near the Knight Bus are very good.

Have a read through this thread.......it lists everything you can eat at Universal in the parks, Citywalk and the hotels too........snacks are in various different places.

With park to park you can hop from one to the other as often as you like.

There is no discount for park to park one day tickets.

I would save myself some possible headache and buy straight from Universal.

You can park hop to your hearts desire, but if I only had one day, I would not even be considering much park hopping.

Snacks are all theme park priced foods. I would recommend a butter beer in HPland. Depending on when you go, there are several varieties of butterbeer. Hot, cold, frozen, ice cream, etc. I like the frozen, son likes the hot. You can each get a version and have a taste to see which one you like.

Everyone seems to rave about the big pink donut from the simpson's area. I have never had one, but maybe this year. Big enough to easily share.

Beyond that, just look around and see what catches your eye.

I don't have any suggestions for good value snacks other than bringing your own but we have bought through undercover tourist multiple times for Disney and Universal and never had an issue. They don't save you a huge amount but for a group of 5 the savings will buy you a meal.

Pumpkin Juice is delicious.
Check prices online, they usually save you around $5 or $10 per ticket compared with the gate price, buy from Universal site.
Unlimited to come and go either using HE or just walikg from one park to another.

Not in either park - but Voodoo Donuts in Citywalk are fantastic!

Not really any discount to be had on one-day tickets.
