So while we're at Epcot, we decided that instead of eating at any one place in particular, we would prefer to try something from each CS in the World Showcase. What are your recommendations for something to try at each country's CS (for those that have a CS). There will be 6 of us, so a couple of us can just grab something to share with everyone so we don't stuff ourselves :goodvibes

Oh, and include any really good candy we must try!

Thanks!

Pretzel in germany, Candy in Japan, Funnel Cakes in America, Churro in Mexico, Orange Grand Mariner Slushie in France, hmm that's all I can think of right now!

Mexico-Churros, Margarita
Germany-Apple Strudel, soft pretzel, frankfurter wit kraut, german beer
UK-Cheese plate, black anf tan
China-egg roll, potsticker
Norway-school bread, sweet pretzel,
France-eclair, cream puff, grey goose
Italy-Tiramisu
America-funnel cake, Sam Adams

Italy-Tiramisu

Is there a counter service or bakery at Italy. I think Tiramisu is my favorite food in the world (and I don't just mean the World of Disney). How do I get it without going to dinner and having it for dessert. Mmmmmmmmmmm

Awesome! These ideas are just what I'm looking for!

My two favorite snacks at Epcot are the sweet pretzel in Norway and the Palimier (sp?) (elephant ears) from the bakery in France. Mmmmmmm.

England - Fish & Chips
France - Crepes at the crepe kiosk, also great to go to the bakery behind Chefs de France, they have baguette with a fruit & cheese plate, plus wonderful French desserts and other options, also champange at the wine and champange kiosk.
Germany - soft pretzels with spicy mustard
Italy - Chocolate
Morocco - Vegetable Platter (a mix of several things like hummus, olives and more)

We have hit different CS in the World Showcase over several different trips, but we haven't tried to do a snack run yet. :lmao: My husband instead likes to try to get different candies from the WS. So far we think the best candy comes from Japan and Norway. :) But here are some of the CS we love to stop at and what we like to get there..

Tangierine Cafe: While we won't go back for an actual meal here, the baklava and coffee are awesome!

Boulangerie Patisserie: Chocolate mousse and chocolate eclair. Yum!!

Sommerfest: My son and I love the pretzels while my husband goes for the black forest cake.

Kaki Gori: Very tasty and refreshing shaved ice.

Don't forget the Refreshment Port!

Beef and Cheese Empanadas. mmmm....

(and a mojito!)

France - Anything from the bakery
Morocco - Cous cous salad
Norway - School bread
