Snack/QS tips for 1 day at parks

We only have 1 day at the 2 parks so don't waste too much time on meals. Also we are from the UK so don't really need to eat at either HP restaurant-we can eat cottage pie and the like anytime at home! What other suggestions for decent food, especially snacks can you recommend? We have looked at some of the videos of the parks and can see plenty of ice cream /popcorn/churro stands but very little savory snacks. We were thinking of trying Bumble Bee Man's Taco stand for lunch with a Duff. Any other suggestion for decent food that won't eat up too much time?

If you're Harry Potter fans, grab a drink at the Hogshead Inn and pop your head over in the 3 Broomsticks. It'll give you the awesome theming without the meal.

I have been looking for a photo of this donut. It's huge! Cannot wait to try one.
