snack credits?

DH and I will have DxDP for our trip in September. There is no way in the world that we will consume all 24 snack credits we will share between the two of us. Do you think we'll have trouble going to Goofy's Candy Co. the day before we leave and using ~15-20 snack credits at once? We're planning to use the credits for "ditty gifts" for coworkers/friends.

thanks tricia. i posted it again (in a different place) because i forgot to post it in the right place. there are so many things in so many different places on the boards that i get confused :-( thanks!!

No problem - I saw you did that with your other question too and suggested you may want to ask a mod to merge the threads. There are so many threads on both boards - I'd hate for any of your information/answers to get lost because of the duplication.

I know wading through the information everywhere is very confusing at first.

I'm no expert, but from what I've seen of Goofy's (and barely remember) that shouldn't be a probably at all... I'm only on the regular dining plan and I know I'm going to be buying more snacks OOP than meals... not enough to upgrade, but probably close and I'd rather "snack" all day than eat big meals...

We used about 13 SC last year on our last day at Goofy's on the way to MCO. The only problem we had was that our CM was earning his ears and was having a real hard time doing the transaction. It took (no lie!) over 30 mins. and 2 managers to straighten things out. Luckily we had allowed ourselves extra time to make it to MCO. This year we will use up our last SC on the day before-less stress that way!

I emailed AirTran and asked if bringing that type of souvenier home was allowed. I was told, that if they were in a rubbermaid type of container that it would be ok...Now how in the world can I get the container in my carry on bag?? I don't carry a very big one...I guess I have to rethink this...at first I thought the person answering my email was joking, but NO, she wasn't..How does anyone else do this with Goofy's store? Thank you

We didn't have any problems last year taking our Goofy's treats on the plane. I had the bag from the store and just put it in my carry-on. No problem. This was Delta so I don't know if other airlines are different but even since the change to allowable carry ons (and I even traveled during the NO BEVERAGES restriction) I've been able to carry on food.

I did exactly this our last trip. I waited for Goofy's to open the day we were leaving and got 7 bags of disney jelly bellys FREE! (w/ SC)

The only problem you would have is if you planned on ordering fudge. They only allow you to order 4 pieces in one visit.
