Snack credits for breakfast...what's available?

We are intending to use snack credits for breakfast (we will have refillable drink mugs and can bring some drinks with us to the parks). What is available specificly at Captain Cooks, Mainstreet Bakery, and Starring Rolls for a snack credit?

Definitely look at the menus, but the cinnamon rolls at Mainstreet Bakery are wonderful.

Just be careful with Captain's Cook. We have stayed at the Poly 5 years in row now and it seems to change all the time what we can get for snack and CS credits.

One thing I know for sure is you can get a self-serve (meaning really really really huge) Dole Whip with a snack credit so I recommend that for breakfast.

Something that rarely gets mentioned here is that you can get a side of the scrambled eggs or the sausage ($1.99 each) for a snack credit at Captain Cook's. Just order in the kiosk, pay (say you want to use your snack credits) and it should go through. We did this in September 2010 without a problem. Many here shun using a snack credit for a $2 item, but we had snack credits to burn on the DxDP, so we were glad to use them on protein and not just carby sweets.

If you take the bus, they might not let you get on the bus with beverages in your mug.

I'm not sure about those places specifically but at CBR there were tons of choices: fruit bowl, muffins, pastries, whole pieces of fruit, cereal, pretty much any 1 thing in the grab and go and like others said, you can get sides of things like bacon, sausage, or scrambled eggs.
