We won't know for sure until it's confirmed. Confirmation last year came from someone posting pictures of the booth menus with DDP logos. But it is extremely likely.

They have in the past, but they never officially announced that it would happen. As Nala said, we didn't know for sure until someone saw and posted the boards with the logo on them.

We I booked our package a couple weeks ago with the Quick Service Dining Plan, I was specifically told that we could use our snack credits at Food and Wine.

Never take anything you are told by a Disney reservations agent as gospel. I personally don't count that as confirmation. However...it's extremely likely.
