snack credits @2007 F&W?

Has it been confirmed or denied yet that snack credits can be used at the food booths this year?

when my DH called 2 weeks ago to add DDP to our trip in October, the CS rep specifically told him about the snack credits being available for the food and wine booths. (without him even asking about it...)
