Snack Credit Question - Chili Cheese Fries

I keep seeing these on lists but then when I see pics of menus only see fries and not the chili. Some of these places have cheese on a bar so I see you can probably get cheese but where do you get the chili?

A lot of the QS have chili cheese hotdogs. That is the chili/cheese they use on the fries.

Used a Snack Credit at Peco Bills in Magic Kingdom to get chilli-cheese fries earlier in the month.

A hearty use of a snack credit if ever there was one!
