Snack Credit Ice Cream at Disney Springs

We were hoping to get an ice cream at Disney Springs with a snack credit, but I'm not sure where we can go. Does Ghirardelli or Haagen Dazs accept the dining plan? Are the shakes at D-Lux Burger a snack credit?

I know at Ghirardelli you can (although if I'm remembering correctly, it wasn't as good of a use of credit then if you were to use it at the Plaza or something. Not sure about the others.
