snack attack!!

Hello all!

My family is staying at FW cabins in October and cannot WAIT! We are doing the QS dining plan, and while I know there are no QS dining options at the Fort, I was wondering about snack options. Is there a place that I can use snack credits or fill my refillable mug? If not, don't really care, the Fort will be worth it, but if there is then THAT'S just an added bonus!

During Oct , (or part of Oct.) the Food and Wine Fest at Epcot is going on You can use the snack credits at the many different food booths set up by the vendors from various countries that are set up so you can try the foods from their country.

You can fill your mug at Trails End at the Fort. And seasonally at the Meadows pool. There are also several items in the trading posts that you can use snack credits on. You are also a quick bus or boat ride from the WL, where you have tons of options.

I've never done the dining plans, as we always stay in a campsite. There has been a lot of discussion about the dining plan on this board, however. I believe DaveinTN is correct. If you go to Settlement Trading Post or Meadow(s) Trading Post, the CM's can tell you what your snack options are. The Meadow(s) swimming pool has a snack bar that opens at 11:30am and closes around 5pm (it's not always opened though - check first). You have snack options there when it's open.

As far as mugs go, soda is available at Trail's End & Meadow(s) Snack Bar, during normal operation hours. Coffee & Cocoa is available at Trail's End or Meadow(s) Trading post.

WL & the CR are both short boat trips away. You can walk or ride a bike to WL on the exercise trail connecting the two resorts. The trail head at FtW is near the TCD ranch & it's about a mile long. It ends at the bus stop for WL guests. If you boat to the CR, you can take the monorail to the PR & GFR. All 3 monorail resorts have food courts you can fill your mugs up at & get snacks or light meals.
