Snack at Epcot: Kaki Gori?

My favorite snacks at Epcot are the snow cones (Kaki Gori) in the Japan pavillion in the World Showcase. They sell them at a small snack cart to the left of the Japanese area (side closest to USA).

I have not been to Disney with the DDP, but we are going in December.

Does anyone know if those are covered as a snack for the DDP??
