Any tips? I've had 'em in a brine since yesterday. Got a hickory fire going & have a pork shoulder on there that's been smoking a couple hours already. The legs being smaller I don't believe will need as much time, but I've never smoked turkey legs before. Any seasoning ideas? Other tips?
