smoking places?

we are thinking of staying at either grand floridian or contemporary and wonder what times pools close now. we stayed at gf 6 years ago and pools were open until we went to sleep at 1am or so and loved it. also can you smoke in pool area, at pool bar in cabanas? any help appreciated thankyou
