Smoking optional room @ BC

Does anyone know where their location is. CRO couldn't tell me when I reserved. Does anyone have a room number that is smoking optional, with daybed and full balcony with a wonderful standard view? Picky huh? While you're at it, it needs to be less than $100 per night! LOL
