I agree--people seem to be smoking everywhere. And though there are a lot of international guests, the people I have encountered were most definitely from the USA. One thing I'm wondering, though, is how many of them are actually using e-cigs...they look very much like real cigarettes if you're seeing them from the side (straight on it's fairly easy to see their is no flame, just a light...and some of them are unusual color "flame tip" like blue.) One guy on a
scooter, in the handicapped area for parade viewing, pulled out an e-cigarette and started puffing away on that. The people around him objected and he just kept on, loudly saying "it is NOT A CIGARETTE. That is NOT SMOKE" but a castmember did come tell him he could not use any type of cigarette, vapor or smoke, in the handicapped area. He huffed about how he was going to Guest Services, etc. But he did stop using it. Wonder if anyone knows what the actual rule is at Disney--are the e-cigs allowed outside of the smoking areas?
