Smoking floors at Dolphin

Does anyone know how high up the smoking floors with a balcony at the Dolphin are. When I reserved a balcony room the CM told me, but I had no clue at the time what the layout of the hotel was and now, thanks to these boards I have an idea but now I forget what the CM told me.

I'm thinking...thinking...thinking...it's the ninth floor. At least with the Epcot view.
Unless things have changed, I'm pretty sure that's it.
