There was a big brush fire very close to our house this afternoon. We noticed the smell of smoke when we left Wal-Mart. On the drive home we saw the big plumes bellowing into the air. We ended up right in the middle of the worst part of the smoke for a few minutes because of a red light.

By the time I got home (thank goodness the wind was blowing it away from our house) my head hurt, my throat was scratchy and I was feeling VERY dizzy.

I had to lay down and rest for about an hour with the fan blowing fresh air on me.

Was this a mild case of smoke inhilation?
