smilies! Lost mine!

Can someone help me, I don't have the smilies anymore when I post. I recently got a new computer, and I am wondering if I have to adjust some settings or something. I had the smilies when I first got my new computer and now they are gone.

Do you have a pop up blocker installed? The smilies come up in a separate window, and when I used Dis on a different computer, I was not able to get the smilies until I disabled them for this site. If this is they case, you should see a message up under you browser bar that you can click on.
