Why is it that when you think you are having a good day, that one person has to spoil things for you by something they post. Yes, not in "real" life, but something that you take offense of, or something that they post without considering other peoples feelings.

Go running? Rake leaves? Sweating it out some times helps. I know it did me one year when I had the flu. I shoveled our driveway and part of the side walk. Thera Flu? OR how about Ziam cold/flu liquid- not only does it knock you out, but it seems to zap the sickness pretty good. Gargling Listerine is good, it helps kill the germs in your throat. Can't forget about Chix noodle soup either.
