Have a good walk, how far do you walk? Your so dedicated to it , I wish I could get into a good routine like that. I start then I get bored with it

I don't walk very far - just thru the neighborhood. But I will have to skip the walks for awhile. Last night I plopped down into the computer chair and stubbed my toe on the bottom of the chair. Now my little toe looks like a purple grape! I got injured posting smilies! I'm gonna have to ride my bike tonight.
