Has anyone every booked through Small World Vacations, if so, how reliable were they for getting you Annual Passholder Discounts when they came out?

Has anyone every booked through Small World Vacations, if so, how reliable were they for getting you Annual Passholder Discounts when they came out?

We've used them for both of our trips. This time, they called me and told me that AP discounts were out and our exisiting ressies had already been changed so we could take advantage of it. Got the call from our agent in the morning and noticed on these boards that people were having a lot of trouble getting in and getting ressie's made with the discount. I didn't have to worry about it at all. They're VERY on top of things!

I have had the same experience with Dream Come True Vacations - email was waiting for me before I could contact them - they had already converted my ressie!

Just be sure to let them know during your conversations that you want to eventually go for the AP rates, and they will flag it in their system.

I have heard that Dreams Unlimited is very good about this too.

Same thing here. Our ressies were changed and our TA, Laura, just had to confirm that is what we wanted to do. Also, any question or change, i.e. resort, has been taken care of very quickly. I never felt like I was bothering her. Love Small World Vacations . Will use them for all future trips to the World.

Another Small World Vacations fan! Our first two trips we booked on our own, but this trip I decided to give Small World a try, our TA Teresa is GREAT! I've made several changes/additions and she's taken care of everything for me! Can't beat the service! Every future trip for us will be booked with Teresa!

We are using them for our trip in 12 days. Diana has been wonderful and yes, she did get us our room at the AP discount. She had it all wrapped up before I even realized the rates had been released. She has handled ever aspect of our trip except for the air. She has gotten all of out PSs too. I would go with them, so far our expereince has been great.

Go Teresa. We booked a package.. then when AP rates came out we wanted to change Teresa took care of everything. She is the best STILL!!!! (your welcome Teresa). She did all the leg work on the PSs.. that is worth the price of admisson. She is our girl.

We used Small World Vacations (WDWVacations.com) last year and are using them again this year. Top notch service and great people. They go out of their way to take care of you. I highly recommend them.

We are using them as well. We didn't get the AP rate because I got and email code that was better then the AP rates out, so I can't comment on that. What I liked most was they made all my PS's for me. I gave her a list of what I wanted and she added some to the list which, now I am very greatful for because we probably wouldn't have been able to eat a couple days with out the PS from what it sounds like. She was also able to apply my email code for a package discount and saved us a LOT of money!

Go with one of the TA's recommended here. I used Small World and the agent that was "assigned" to me was not good at all. She was not the least bit helpful and she did not offer any information unless I asked particular questions. I ended up cancelling my ressie with her and got my own. I had a problem with her cancelling it and when I contacted Small World directly, I was completely satisfied with the promptness. I have seen many recommendations for Small World, just do your homework and get recommendations for a particular agent as I'm sure every agency has good and bad agents.

We love Small World. Susie Preskitt is our girl! Go Susie! She made the impossible happen for us last time around and got us rooms at AP rate way after they were "all gone".
