Does universal allow you to bring a small cooler into the parks. I am restricted on what I can eat and am concerned I will not find anything so I was going to pack a small lunch and some waters for myself. My son and husband will eat in the parks.

from the website:

Bring Your Own Food
You’re also welcome to bring your own food with you if you prefer. Simply notify a Security Team Member performing the security bag check at the front gate that you or a member of your party has a food allergy/intolerance. . Please do not bring glass, and items should be contained in a soft-sided cooler.

We offer a variety of fresh, delicious food for our guests to enjoy at restaurants and concession stands throughout our resort; however, we understand that guests may need to bring outside food and drink into our parks. Please note the following guidelines for bringing food and drink into our parks:

Acceptable items:

Bottled water
Small snacks that do not require heating
Any food required for medical purposes and medically–indicated nutritional supplements
Any food required for special dietary needs
Baby food/baby formula
Soft-sided insulated bags no larger than 8.5" wide x 6" high x 6" deep

Prohibited items:

Picnic lunches
Food that requires heating or refrigeration
Alcohol and glass containers
Hard-sided coolers
Soft-sided coolers larger than 8.5" wide x 6" high x 6" deep

Please be advised that all bags and personal items are subject to inspection.

Thank you so much. I tried to look for that on their website and was unable to find it.

glad to help.

its on the www.universalorlando.com parks section.

in the search bar, i listed coolers for dietary needs and two sections opened up.

i posted both things that would help with your question.

when using the search, i go to the heading (parks, hotels, etc) and use the search in that window that opens.

there are some things that are really hard to find using the UO site and search button.
it can get very frustrating!

many times i have experienced some of the things that posters ask about so those are easy to answer without having to look anything up on the website.
