Small Buzz Lightyear update

I got a call from the good folks at Disney yesterday to update me on the various scoring issues with BL, as follows:

1. The scoring cap of 2,096,000 will not be removed. At least not anytime in the near future.
2. The problem of scores not flowing through with photos is still being investigated. Hopefully there's an answer/fix soon.

I'll be at the park on Sunday and will report, of course, if there are any noticeable changes.

I had a survey to fill out from Disneyland after out trip last week. I ranked my Buzz experience as poor. My friend had a score well over 800,000 but the picture showed a zero. She was so bummed to get such a great score and then for the photo to not show it. We had a few photos we never could find because the quality is so poor. It just seems like they could invest a little into it to make it better. It is a such a fun ride, but it's a let down at the end when it doesn't work.

So glad to hear that they are keeping up with this and keeping in contact with you! Guest experience truly is important to Disney and examples like yours prove this.
