slushie makers?

My DD would love to have a slushie maker under the tree this year. Any advice on good or bad ones? Battery, electric or manual? I've looked at TRU and while buying one doesn't bother me, buying one and it being a piece of garbage does. Any input appreciated. Thanks.

I heard the 7-11 one is really bad.
As a grown adult, I eat a large slurpee daily, sometimes two, they add up in price and I'd like to get my own machine too, if you find anything, I'd love to hear.

I know this is late, but if your still looking, you can get a snow cone maker and use shaved ice with syrup, juice or soda.

DD got the slurpee from target and it didn't even work. I checked online and two other people complained about it. Tonight, I just purchased a snow cone machine from walmart online.
